Frequently asked questions

I cannot log in. What should I do?

First check that you are using the correct email address and password. If you still cannot log in, use password reset from the login page. Contact customer support if the account still does not work.

I have not received the password reset email.

Check spam, junk mail, and any email filters. Also make sure you use the same email address that your club or coach registered for you.

Who should I contact if member data is wrong?

Contact your coach or club if your name, group, role, or member information is wrong. They can update member data in Coachhub or forward the case to customer support.
